Grand Prize #2: Dream Card

Step Up Challenge Guidelines*
1. Donation not required to enter
2. Limit one entry person
3. Must be 18 years or older to enter
4. Persons making a contribution to this year’s United Way campaign will automatically be entered in to the contest and be eligible for all prizes as soon as information regarding this year’s campaign is provided by your employer
5. If you wish to enter without making a contribution please send an e-mail which includes the following information: Name, Address, Date of Birth, Employer Name, Preferred Phone Number and Personal E-mail Address, to stepupchallenge@uweci.org
6. If you are unable to enter by e-mail please contact Jackie King by phone at 398-5372 ext. 10. Upon providing the required information you will become eligible for all prizes.
7. Names of all contest winners will be listed throughout the campaign on the United Way website: www.uweci.org/stepupchallenge
8. A printed list of all prizes will be made available upon request at the conclusion of the contest.
9. Grand Prize winners will be announced at United Way’s Campaign Celebration in early 2012.
