July 1, 2013 marked the start of a new fiscal year (FY2014). Below is information regarding the FY2013 End of Year Reporting, FY2014 Mid-Year and End of Year Reporting, the upcoming reporting due date, outline of the resources available to assist you complete the reporting. We are also offering a training that will highlight changes in reporting that will be required of funded agencies in FY2014.
FY2013 End of Year Reporting:
FY2013 End of Year Reporting is due by noon on Friday, August 16, 2013.
This reporting serves two functions:
1) The Solutions Teams review each strategy’s progress at year-end
2) The Solutions Team evaluates the overall progress on the community goal.

FY2014 Mid-Year and End of Year Reporting:
As we continue to make collective progress on the community goals, it is important that we also evolve our reporting and measurement practices.
The Community Building staff has identified:
• Methods to move from capturing the impact of the sample size evaluated to estimating the impact each strategy has on all of the individuals/households served
• Ways to strengthen documentation of the target populations served by the strategy.
The Community Building staff is holding a required training for funded partners.
